How do I know my order status?

You will receive an email and an sms on order confirmation.

When your order leaves our facility you will receive a notification with your tracking number. You can track your package by going to our courier partner website.

How can I pay for my order?

Indian buyers can use Credit/Debit cards, Internet Banking or COD. Cash on Delivery option is available at an additional fee of INR 50 for order values below 5000 INR or INR 100 for order value above 5000 INR.

Paypal is coming soon for International payments.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Free shipping on all orders above INR 1000 across India. An additional charge of INR 50 will be levied on orders below INR 1000.

When will you ship my order?

Post dispatch, transit and delivery time varies depending on your location. Usually prepaid orders take 3-4 days and Cash on Delivery orders take 4-7 days in transit.

Vishal Rajasthan Emporium shall not be responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, state affairs or clearance issues. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

I need my order urgently. Can something be done?

We are happy to help! Please connect with us and it is possible that we can make Express Shipping (Next day delivery) available at an additional fee. (INR 300-400). Only for Prepaid orders.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped, by getting in touch with us. After the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.

What is your return policy?

Only domestic orders can be returned within 7 days from the receiving date. 

All custom made orders are non-returnable.

The product should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed with original packing and tags intact.

You can ask for replacement/exchange of product or complete return with refund of payment. Return shipment charges are deducted in case of refund.
We process only one return request per order.

Do you arrange for reverse pickup?

A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 2-3 business days, post initiation of return.
Reverse pickup facility is available in limited areas.
In case reverse pickup is not available, you shall have to ship the product back to us.
Our team shall get in touch and assist you with the information.

I want to return the product and exchange it for a different size or style. What to do?

Fill out the small return form or let us know the requirements over call/email.
The return product shall first have to reach us and undergo quality check for the replacement
No reverse charges shall be charged. We shall bear the cost of return and fulfilment of exchange.
Free reverse pickup and exchange can be availed only once per order.

I want to return the product and get a refund in lieu of purchase cancellation. What to do?

Fill out the small return form or initiate return over call/email.
The return product shall first have to reach us and undergo quality check for the refund initiation
Reverse pickup charges (INR 100/-) and cash of delivery charges, if applicable (INR 50/-) are non-refundable. The rest of the amount shall be credited back to you.
In case an error has occurred from our end, we shall not deduct any amount and refund the full payment.

I received a wrong order/ damaged product. What to do?

We are constantly improvising on our quality checks. Just in case we have missed the mark with you, we are sorry for the hassle.
Please notify us (Email/WhatsApp) within 48 Hrs post receiving the goods with a few images.
We shall resolve the issue on priority.

What is the mode of refund payment?

For Prepaid Orders :
Amount shall be credited to the same account
For COD/Bank Deposit :
We shall need the bank details to process the refund.
Amount shall be paid out within 3-4 days post receiving the product back.
